Sark shouldn't be on this list. He needs to prove it in college before being considered a future successful coach in the NFL.

off this list, id say shaw and strong, the 2 guys that run hard nose, defensive minded pro style teams. kingsbury is a sumlin protege, so if you don't think sumlin will succeed, I'm not sure why kingsbury would. i think shaw is somewhat overrated, but i could see him as a good fit in the nfl.
