Comparing football players to basketball players in your logic not mine.

Tony Parker is a PG all the way. Compare his FGA per game to Curry’s. Big difference. He might not have been a big assist guy but if he was deferring more times than not it wasn’t to shoot

I’m using the same logic. And it doesn’t make sense. If a Center averages 12 3’s a game will that make him a shooting guard?

Curry is a PG Lester, just like Westbrook is a PG.

A center would never be interchangeable with a guard

A power forward, yes, sure.

You’re trying to make this broad to prove a point & it doesn’t relate at all

According to Lester’s logic, Lebron is the best PG ever

It's not Kobe. Kobe's cultural status is the only reason people give him such a God status.

If Dwyane Wade scowled more, bitched, played in LA, and was less efficient, people would love him equally.

You seem to think high volume shooting means you can't be a PG.

They don’t really have one

How many true PGs are 3rd on their team in assists

These are good philosophical arguments. He seems to be focusing on what a guy does, not labels, which I kind of like. I get annoyed when people jerk off Duncan for being the GOAT PF when my eyes tell me he's a center (I DGAF that a stiff like Nesterovic was on the court with him).

Curry’s best attribute outside of his shooting is his off ball movement, but I still view him as a 1

Which position does that pin him to then? PG or PF? Bc according to your logic, a player is placed in 1 of 5 positions based on certain stats. And point forward is not an official position
