So what team had no penalties in 2018? Was the league cheating for that team to? Must have been since the NFL was obviously cheating for the Chiefs, right?

This isn't some youth league where you need to line up and shake hands with the other team
These are grown adults. If Branch thought Mahomes and his teammates were acting like punks during the game, no reason to shake their hands afterwards.

Block in the back is allowed within 5 yards of line of scrimmage. Otherwise you would have OL called for it all the time on DL trying to use spin move or similar.
