I think he made it on campus to LSU and Cal. However, should a recruiting service arrange visits? Nope. However, he was for many colleges.
In the end, Oregon gets hit with 2/3 schollies per season for 3 years and probation. Likewise, they will be limited in contact, OV, HV, etc.
