I don't know if the NBA will ever adopt a NBA-centric HOF,

Why would they? Baseball and football aren't technically centric to MLB and the NFL.

Are you a waterhead, son? All of these guys are likely to get in on the first ballot.

I agree, but just for fun will argue Vince had a 3-4 year run early in his career in Toronto (averaging 25 ppg on 44/40/78) that almost rivals Carmelo's best runs in both Denver and NYC. But no doubt Carmelo had a much longer peak

It’s the basketball hall of fame though. Melo has a title at Cuse, and is 2nd all time in US Olympic points scored with 3 gold medals and a bronze. The Olympics play especially has a big impact for him.

All of those listed will get in and you can add Curry, Anthony Davis, Jokic, Gianis, Embiid, Leonard and Lillard to that list. I think all of them get in with ease.

For the Basketball HOF the better discussion would be around players like Paul George or Draymond Green. Or the young, how much more do they need to do to get in, guys like Jason Tatum, Luka, Mitchell, Shae, Trae, Booker...

I don’t understand why lillard would be some kind of shoe in, but you’re probably right given his bizarre top 75 selection.
