I was out in SF a year ago for a client thing in the financial district. it was okay, pretty quiet actually.

The middle class is fleeing California in droves while the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

California is rapidly transforming itself into a modern day feudal state with with an absurdly rich billionaire and millionaire upperclass with their imported very large serf population composed of migrants from South and Latin America and poor whites and poor blacks.

Again, the middle class is fleeing Cali in droves.
