Manning, Brady, Brees, Rodgers, Eli, Big Ben all have super bowls.
McNabb, Romo, Rivers?
Is he in the lower half now or do you not put as much stock on the super bowls? rivers has had some damn good teams to win one with

Top 5 along with Manning, Brady, Brees and Rodgers.

I think until Rivers wins a superbowl, he won't be on par with Manning, Brady, Brees Rodgers. I do think he's better than Eli & Big Ben.

Currently I'd say:
Top Tier (The team wouldn't win half their games without them group):
Manning
Brady
Brees
Rogers
Second Tier (Really good, but don't carry their team completely):
Phillip Rivers
Matt Ryan
Joe Flaco
Michael Vick
Matt Schaub
Eli Manning
Sam Bradford (maybe a little early, but he had a great year)
Second Second Tier (Still really good, but not quite on the level as the second group):
Ben Roethlisberger
Mark Sanchez
Josh Freeman
Matt Cassel
Third Tier (better than scrubs):
Carson Palmer
Kyle Orton
Jay Culter
Matt Hasslebeck
Chad Henne
IMO & IMHO

for a good part of the year he was playing better than any other QB in the NFL this year
His GM hasn't done much to help him - getting into pissing matches with his players instead of trying to win more games
CW will have him just behind brady, manning, brees, rodgers I'd guess... a lot of room for debate after those guys now

Either the #5 or $6 QB

LOL
Guys like Sam Bradford and Joe Flacco above Roethlisberger?

I'm not putting Big Ben on a tier below Flaco and Bradford

If Jay Cutler would have stayed in Denver, he would be a top five quarterback at this point
No.

While in Denver, he had an great line, good running game, and above average set of receivers, with my favorite receiver, Brandon Marshall. The defense is what held back the Broncos when Jay was there.
And a shite ton of Cutler 3+ interception games.

To me its all about Crunch time[PLAYOFFS] And Rivers hasn't filled the bill. I think Marino and Fouts were great but failed in the Playoffs. I would take Big Ben over Rivers.

1) Manning
2) Brady
3) Rodgers
4) Brees
5) Roethlisberger
6) Rivers
I know you would switch 3 and 4 Peej, but those are pretty much the top 6 right now, IMO.

Nice List with Brady and Manning falling Fast.
Here is the deal about 3 & 4. You can't blame Brees that the D forgot how to tackle against Seattle. Just like you can't really blame Rogers for the D's collapse last year against Zona.

and number 2 in sheer awesomeness
Rivers really entered his prime this year I think. What he did with 1 stud TE and a bunch of scrubs at WR was pretty impressive. Not his fault the special teams were atrocious.
