When will we see a college football midseason trade?

Say in week 2, a starting QB tears an ACL. Backup struggles.
Sunday, does the GM call a team with a decent backup QB and try to make a trade?
Before anyone says this is absurd… is it? Add / drop dates for colleges can have exceptions made. And if there are any issues, I’m sure a local judge can be found to issue an order that will be revisited in March…

Sort of yes.. because players in college aren't under the same deal as the NFL. They actually have the leverage and couldn't just be traded to another college against their will.
Now buying a player that's willing to transfer.. potentially.

Someone’s going try it. Some judge will allow it.
It seems crazy but with the current trajectory, it’s going happen or at least someone will try.

Does absence of language mean every player has a no trade provision or no one has a no trade provision?
We are in clown world so who knows

When will we see a college football players strike?
Will it be one team, one conference, or the entire NCAA?
Will there be a college football players union?
And will the universities with striking teams use scabs as strikebreakers- actual student athletes

I would think it means every player has a no-trade provision.
At least under the current system that pretends to still be "student" athletes.
