When is the first time the entire stadium did the cell phone LED light thing?

The first time I saw it happen at a football game was in Kyle Field when A&M played Miss State in 2015.
Pretty sure there used to be a cell phone commercial that had people using their phones to light up a stadium when the power went out years before though.

I think the first time I saw it in Tiger Stadium was during the doldrums of the Mississippi State game last year. Then it kind of picked up steam and got big during the Missouri game.
