With the vaccine starting to reach the general public this week, when is the earliest you see things start returning back to normal as far as large gatherings/crowd sizes go? I’m crossing my fingers for August

When the government relinquishes control over the people now that they have it.

I wouldn’t count on August unless possibly in a different year.

I like the empty NFL stadiums where defensive units celebrate and pose after a turnovers in front of cardboards.

They should go with a Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band type of setup to do that shite.

They will never let it happen. The government will never let its people taste that freedom again. It's too dangerous to government.

Can’t tell if you’re being serious or not but regardless where do some of you people come up with these ideas?

I don’t care what side of the political spectrum you’re on, but good lord some of these comments are just downright awful.

Go find a Q board to be morons on together and let the normal people talk about sports.

To answer your question, optimistically I'd say beginning of next football season assuming a large portion of the population decides to get vaccinated when it's available to them. Unfortunately with all the baseless social media fear mongering I could see the process being drawn out. I'm gonna stay hopeful though. Finished my second dose this week.

Certainly not this year, too dangerous with the new strain.

Maybe 2022, if we really come together and fight it.

I’m a Jags fan. I don’t know what full capacity is.

Pretty much.

MAYBE when they realize that having people in stadiums means tax dollars they can collect, but a lot of the politicians I am thinking of are too fricking stupid to make that connection.

Never. When has the government ever voluntarily returned rights or power to the people?

That's fricking depressing. I remember thinking worst case scenario was Opening Day 2021. Seems like a long time ago...

That’s such an elementary take.
Politicians aren’t stupid. Voters are.

good luck with that, new guy appointed by Biden is wanting 100 day complete lock down, and they say the new strain, that came from Africa, and in UK, is worse than original strain, and they gonna use it to lock down shite even more

I see people already in ruins, living out of cars, another 3+ months of this and the capitol storming won't be shite, compared to desperate people who's already ruined.

Have you seen some politicians in this country?

Latoya is basically shutting down all of NOLA because she thinks a one time bailout by the federal government would be better than having these businesses open and bringing in tax dollars.

Granted, it IS easier to skim off one big amount than a bunch of little ones.
