Because he’s not getting fired. You don’t understand how bad the roster was when Beckman got fired in August and Cubit was more worried about promoting his son in his last hurrah. Lovie tore down and is laying a solid foundation. One of the youngest teams and actually have showed some competitiveness early this year. He is far from the hot seat.
