Personally, I have no idea how he has the gig he does. Nothing but a lot of hot air coming from a Stephen A wanna be in my opinion.

He was, I just don’t think that show concentrated on racial issues as much as the national espn shows.
As a broadcaster/sports talk show host, I think max is one of the best when discussing sports and ancillary current events. HOWEVER, as many have pointed out, his white guilt on first take is way over the top and appalling.

He certainly was. I still listen to old podcasts when I'm on the road.
I like him but I can understand why others don't. He can be sanctimonious and condescending.
I think mostly it's that he's pretty intelligent which can be infuriating when that intelligence is backing views with which you don't agree.
