So if a woman goes through all the proper certifications and whatnot, do you wish to bar them from becoming an official, for arbitrary reasons I'm assuming?.

My special favorite is female NFL and NBA Assistants that played flag football and/or Womens Hoops getting gigs over all the ex NFL and NBA players, plus the ocean of 300+ D-1 program Assistant Coaches..
