Joe just got 57/60 first place votes. Has anyone ever been unanimous?

I didn’t even know this was an award before this one tbh

Whoever didn’t vote for burrow shouldn’t be voting. Same goes for the Heisman

There's always going to be a contrarian.

It’s crazy that Fields has a 40-1 td int ratio and won’t win.

It is crazy statwise, but when I watch OSU I come away thinking Fields is the second best player in his own backfield.

Come on...take away fields, what’s osu’s record vs taking away dobbins?

13-0 vs. 13-0

Ohio State's backup running back Master Teague is like 5th in the B1G conference in rushing yards....and he literally doesn't play until the second half. Master Teague is going to be the next great RB at Ohio St. Ohio State's backup QB wouldn't start for any other P5 conference school. Its that big of a drop off.

100% correct.

The glaring weakness in OSU is the lack of QB depth. Not so at RB.

That's why our chances at winning the National Championship, lies squarely on the health of Justin Fields. If he isn't healthy, we have 0% chance to win. Teague could absolutely carry the load if called upon. That's why my heart skipped about 5 beats when Fields went down against ttun.

Will be interesting to see if he challenges OJ Simpson's record with 855 1st place votes in the Heisman race.

Mariota had 788 and Troy Smith had 801.

Fields has also fumbled 9 times, losing 5. Burrow has fumbled 3 times, losing only 1.

Burrow has 51 total TDs to 7 total turnovers, two extra fumbles recovered by the offense

Fields has 50 total TDs to 6 total turnovers, four extra fumbles recovered by the offense

Honestly not that big of a gap

Yardage and completion pct wise Burrow destroys him. 4715 passing on 77.9%, 289 rushing, 16 receiving ( ) for 5020 total yards

Fields has 2953 on 67.5%, 471 rushing, for 3424 total.

I do like Fields' game though, he deserves to be in NY for sure.

I think they do a god job of protecting him from interceptions - high percentage throws and all that. He rarely throws into tight windows from what I've seen.

That's a dumb question. Three of the voters are from Ohio

Burrow clearly is the most deserving. I’m just saying any other year, a qb with fields stats and 13-0 record wins the heisman.
