your answer to the topics question was hockey because of skating. i was disagreeing that the act of skating makes hockey the sport that requires the most athleticism.quote:
Skating is more difficult than running.
obviously. whats your point here?
If they were running around with sticks and puck it would require the same amount of athleticism?

I usually don't call it that either, I just say its using your edges. Not really sure why I called it that....

Boxing. And it's not even close. From hand-eye coordination to the perfect blend of speed, strength and power, boxing wins hands down. This conversation should have ended 4 pages ago.

Did the OP really say Russell Wilson couldn't make it in the MLB when he was a 4th round draft pick by the Rockies?

and he hit like .230 in low level A ball. So yeah the odds of him making it to the majors were very low to say the least

A) can't believe this got to page 5 without this being mentioned
B) I'm pissed I began to research the fact and read all pages to make sure it wasn't mentioned and its mentioned all the way at the end

Idk about that on boxing. I would say basketball you need to be more athletic to play.

I think it has to do with the fact that they get punched in the nose and don't cry like a little girl....

Yeah I know I use to do it competitively but you don't have to be athletic to get punched in the face.

In all seriousness though I would go with swimming. I swam the IM for my swim team and after you finish it you are physically drained no matter what physical condition you are in. It takes conditioning and certain amount of physical toughness to do this. Just ask Michael Phelps he trains by smoking a bong before each meet.

Tennis is by far the hardest sport to completely master. The actual ground stokes are the easy part. The footwork is what seperates the pros from country club players.
Most athleticism has to be basketball though.
