Teams draft WRs high all the time, and Pitts is just a Jumbo-sized WR.

He runs crisp routes, has hands of glue, has every physical tool you could possibly want in a WR/TE.

He's not quite as good a prospect as Rob Gronkowski was (excellent college run blocker, had 2" and 20 lbs on Pitts) but part of that is the evolution of football as well. Mullen didn't look at Pitts and immediately figure out how to fatten him up to block on 3rd down - he said how can I get this dude single covered in the Red Zone.

Glassman can’t move no mo . His legs were big part of his game. He now stationary glassman. Bad combination.. must go QB.
