How in God's name is the BCS EVER above March Madness? shite, BCS apologists don't even argue that.

As far as the actual tournament, March Madness is by far the most entertaining and fun to watch. As far as the best at determining a champ, and the entertainment value that system (huge playoff with single elimination) provides throughout the whole season (November-early March), it's one of the worst.
The Stanley Cup Playoffs are awesome, but it does lend itself often to upsets, almost too much.
The BCS is a, while not perfect, pretty good way of finding the best, or at least the most deserving, team. And the regular season is awesome. The championship game, though, is not always great.
The World Cup just has something special about it. Once every 4 years is part of the reason for that, but it's always just fun to watch.
The Olympics are similar, but a little different than the WC.

BCS National Championship
First two weekends of March Madness. I usually have given up on it by the final four, except for 2006
I'll watch the Super Bowl, but I usually don't give a frick who wins.
Never care about the NBA
Now if LSU is in it...
BCSNCG
CWS
NCAA Basketball
I don't usually care about pro sports at all since the Saints have never made the SB
