I don't necessarily see racism/racist shite on the site but there is a decent amount of racial bias & prejudice that's gets tossed around both ways.

First off, for me the term racist is a strong word that gets tossed around nowadays without people really knowing the meaning. To me, a racist is a flat out bigot who thinks he or she is superior to someone else because of race. This generation uses this term loosely without understanding its true definition. Honestly, I don't see that here on the MSB or TD altogether.

What I do see at times is racial bias & prejudice. You don't necessarily have to be a racist or bigot to have either. A person can also have prejudice or racial bias against ones own race as well.

What this site is full of is stereotypes when it comes to all races. I know comedians/movies/social media have made it cool to stereotype. It's also different when interacting with friends or associates irl because one, you have a history with that person so you understand that person's true intentions. That isn't possible on a fan forum online. Some people here know each other outside of this sight but most don't which makes it difficult to understand a person's mindset.

Secondly, it's difficult to know if someone is showing their true colors, trolling, being sarcastic or following the group think tank opinion since posting doesn't involve actual personal interaction.

Players shitty play in all sports gets called out on this board. Same thing goes for bad upper management & coaching decisions. Every now & then you get a post that makes you say WTF?

Ultimately, this is what it really boils down to. Major props goes out to the solid posters on this site. The sad reality is those have become few & far between while on the other hand, shite posters with shite opinions greatly outnumber those who are of high quality.

Go click on the OT for the next week. There will be countless threads on news stories where posters just completely demolish white people calling them white trash and telling them they should eat a bullet.

Exactly. Those types of posts are pretty infrequent and usually get called out with a quickness from what I’ve seen.
