This is what Gronk did at Arizona

Rob had something like 65 scholarship offers, and I asked, “Where are you going? Syracuse? Ohio State?” He goes, “University of Arizona.” I asked, “Why there?” “Dad, if you ever went to a pool party at Arizona, you’d understand.”

A school in a small college town in a state with no income tax (eg Tennessee). You’d run the place

Tennessee would be high on my list.

Fun town, good looking SEC girls (wouldn’t be my main thing… there are 9s at DIII schools,) temperate weather, and a hungry rabid fanbase with money.

If I were only picking based on weather, Northern Arizona or Colorado.

VA Tech in Blacksburg

No getting destroyed by SEC teams and saving my body, dominating sub par competition, bad arse campus and facilities, seasonal, etc.

And Enter Sandman intro at football games is cool.

Galls me to say it but the answer is probably texas. Austin with money and fame is a really solid way to live

I feel like the program that is most similar to LSU pre 2000 that just can't get over the hump is North Carolina.

They don't have as fertile of a recruiting base, but they are right in the hot spot of the region for great football. Great school. Great city. Women. Weather. Etc.

I'm always surprised that North Carolina has never found a way to be a permanent top 20 program.

I’m going to throw in a fourth criteria because after the first 3, especially chasing skirt I’m likely busting hard in the NFL

4) Alumni/Fanbase that remembers its former players, some are WAY better than others (LSU, Aggy, Tenn) and less on the what have you done for me now spoiled fan bases.

I’m going to be slinging cars or insurance so I want them easy sales with rich alumni
