Dude, I just googled the 2012 college baseball seeding predictions. And well, you kept talking about 8 seeds and how you would be left out but we would get in over you guys. Dude, I thought it odd that only 8 teams would get in. And I thought you were talking about LSU would be totally left out of the tournament. But now I see what you are talking about.(please forgive me as I do not follow College Baseball at all) but you are not talking seedings to get in, you are talking about hosting regionals and such maybe. But either way, quit your whining, LSU is not getting left out of playing.
And this may encourage you, as I found a credible prediction page and just to let you know, it actually has LSU hosting a regionals...
It listed this:
1. LSU
4. Jackson State*
2. Virginia
3. Tulane

Let me guess, the hit on Iglesias (or manuel Johnson?) at the beginning of the game?

I know this comment was not to me, but I actually clicked all 3. Thanks for sharing them. I very much enjoyed watching them. I esp thought that last one, with the guy kicking the ball into the fans very funny.
Ya, you were right to some extent. However those are older teams. I was talking about recently, as in last year or the year before. LSU last year, on D, defines Swag, imo.
I do not like swag btw. I think it is getto. It is one thing to play with confidence, and passion, but another thing to sack a guy and then just stand over the top of him and rub it in. The latter is ego, imo. I do not like it. And my coach hates it too. He encourages his players to play with humble confidence as he calls it. And he hates more then anything guys talking in the 3rd person. He said where he comes from if you did that, you would get punched in the mouth for it. And well, he does not tolerate it on his team, or that cocky ego stuff(swag).
We do play hard, fast, run to ball, with much passion, energy, ect... but just not cocky, stutting- in your face rubbing you in for it. We play more professional like, we hit you hard, then act like that is the norm, which it is, not all getto- immature afterwards, imo.
edit- now with saying all that, I am going to watch those 3 vids again. I enjoyed them that much to watch all again. But I appreciate their aggression. I just hate the cocky swag part of it. But a teams/players aggression, I very much appreciate.

I will let LSU fans defend their own.

Well, the last one, he got a flag for the kick- unsportsmenlike. I did like watching it cause it was very funny. (although it starts off with UF fans all arms around each other, which looked gay to me, reminded me of Tamu fans.
The 2nd one was a AWESOME hit! Neat stuff. But the first one... The first one, get a sack, and then just lay or stand over the QB like that, rubbing it in... Ya, that is swag. And I do not like that kind of it. If i played for the team of that QB who was getting rubbed in like that, I would of punched him and then pushed off my QB. In todays game, that would be a Auto flag for that kind of taunting, as it is called. Dude, sack the QB, which is cool, and then walk away, or even more, help the QB back up on his feet. But to stand there for 8 seconds taunting him after, in his face, would piss me off. And I did not like it...

Yep, it did indeed look like UM pulled a UF against Tebow/UF.

The best was when Mike Hart ran over Major Wright then stared at Florida's sideline for a good 3 seconds while Wright was lying on the floor

like I said, all three were special circumstances which called for celebration (especially the UGA hit you are referring to).
That was the opening drive to the Georgia game the year after those leghumpers pulled this bush league shite on their opening drive LINK
Moreno ran for 180+ yards in that game and Florida's entire defensive unit had to do 180+ push-ups after every single practice the entire year to remind them of that game.
Fast forward to the next year, all that built up emotions, opening drive Moreno gets the ball and Spikes drills him. Whole team had to lift him off of Moreno....and rightfully so

Michigan barely beat the youngest team in the country. Our defense was mostly true freshmen and sophomores that year. Michigan had a senior core of guys like Hart, Henne, Jake Long, Manningham (jr?), etc. Congrats though

That was virtually a home game for Florida and you were 9-10 point favorites

Thanks for sharing that history and reasons. I did not know such. Good stuff!

you've never seen that video of Georgia celebrating? could've easily caused a huge riot....
UF only had 1 good defensive upperclassmen.....everyone else was a freshman/sophomore/first year starter.
quote:tickets are split evenly.....so if Michigan travels well, the location of the stadium does not matter. And some Vegas line means very little. That Michigan team was seasoned and experienced....they shouldn't have allowed such a young team to even keep it close.
