Not currently, but in the fall of 2013 (assuming the world doesn't end in Dec 2012), the UNC-Charlotte 49ers will field a team.

Not sure Cleveland State has football..could be wrong. Yeah I believe John Carrol would be considered Cleveland.

Cal and Stanford are both in the San Fran metro, fyi

Maryland is in the DC metro

I'll go with Detroit, unless you count Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti as being part of that metro. Otherwise it's probably Riverside/San Bernadino or St Louis

No shite? I thought they were by San Diego

The OP was obviously talking about in the actual city, not metro area. Apparently San Fran does have a football team though
