Like last year, are we all going to pretend like the Big 12 is on the same level as the SEC? I tried to tell y’all last year and then 65-7 happened.

Own it - you think the Big 12 is on the same level as the SEC.

Assuming Washington wins the PAC12 championship game over Oregon, you absolutely slot the undefeated P5 champions first, no matter their actual seed.
That means FSU, Washington and Michigan are in.
Then you go from there, a one loss Bama vs one loss Georgia, with Bama winning in the only head to head. Texas has beaten Bama head to head.
Would like to see Georgia make a run at a three-peat, but if all that plays out, sorry.
Michigan
Washington
FSU
Texas
Don’t know how I’d seed them, but that’s the four.
ETA: Forgot about Texas beating Bama heads up. Texas has to be in over Alabama.

Last year should have no bearing on 2023 selections. Season by season.

Going 12-0 in the SEC, then a close loss to one loss Bama in the SECCG, is a better resume than being a one-loss PAC or one loss Big 12 team.
Maybe so but it’s doesn’t really matter dude.

Ummmm bama will without a doubt make it if they beat Georgia

Who the frick would downvote this? I have a ton of money on florida state making playoffs and other such bets but clearly they are not the same team anymore.

After watching last nights game I can’t imagine why bama fans even want their team to compete in the playoffs. I hope you’re happy with a blow out.

The goal posts always move for texas. Last year they would be lucky to win 11 games and now the goal posts are moving again I see.
Your sec is a fricking joke, I can’t fricking wait for next season.

Maybe you should change your flair dipshit

There is no possible way bama makes it over UT so don’t even bother worrying
Posted on 11/26/23 at 11:39 am to TheMT83
There is no way they leave out florida state sadly. Better pray they lose next weekend.

12-1 SEC champ Bama, with win over UGA in Atlanta, is going to be below a one loss Pac and a one loss Big 12 team?
Posted on 11/26/23 at 11:41 am to Jon Ham
Don’t know or care about pac 12 but yes they will clearly be under texas. Are you slow or something?
Posted on 11/26/23 at 11:49 am to justaniceguy
The only “clear” thing is that SEC >>> Big 12 this year and every year for last 15+ years.
