That can happen when being on the field for so many more plays. Gang Green defense had a different style offense opposite them.

They were still top 5 in yards given up per play and I believe they were first or second in takeaways. Don't quote me but they were amongst the leaders.

Yeah we had a shite ton of take aways that year. Arkansauce St. should be a great first test. They have decent skill position players. I think our D-Line will overwhelm Aplin.

Oregon is better than USC IMO, doesn't necessarily mean they will win though.

USC can lose the regular season meeting and still be sitting pretty for a BCSNCG birth

This has literally never happened. ANd is a main reason why I don't get the "media darling" tag for USC.

USC has never made it to the BSCNCG without being undefeated. Should have gone in '03 and '08 (both times over Oklahoma) but didn't.

If USC was really a media darling, the media could have easily pushed them into the BSCG is '03, '06, '07, or '08; like they did for Alabama last year. I'm not saying they deserved to go, but if the media really loved USC as much as everyone claims, they could have easily done so.

Pretty high. I think Oregon is going to play for the national title, though.

I wouldn't be shocked to see Oregon vs SEC Champ

Obviously I'd like to see Oregon vs LSU
