I usually go a little crazy with the upsets but this year I don't have too many in my bracket.

I have:

Utah St over Mizzou
Providence over Kentucky
USC over Michigan St

Ones I were torn on but ended up going with the higher seeds:

A&M over Penn St
St Mary's over VCU
Miami over Drake

My definition of upset isn't a Vegas line, but just based off of seeding. Sorry I triggered you....

I’m considering taking ULL over Tennessee because Rick Barnes will Rick Barnes.

Kent State over Indiana

1. The predictive metrics have Indiana pretty low for a 4 seed

2. Kent St. is playing well wright now

3. I always like defense in the tournament, and Kent State is a top 40 team...which is not always easy to do as a mid-major

4. They lost 3 non-conf games. All to NCAA Tournament teams; All by single-digits; All on the road (Houston by 3, Charleston by 2; Gonzaga by 7

There is a reason it is lowest spread in a 4/13 matchup.

A&M over Penn St

Toughest game to pick. A&M is underseeded at 7. But they rarely play well outside of the conference. Still, they have been on a roll just like they were at the end of last season where they carried it though to the NIT Final.

Penn St. is playing really well too. They are the most experienced team in the field. They are one of the best 3 point shooting teams in the country. Their defense sucks.

I'd lean towards A&M because I trust defense more than 3 point shooting in the tournament...but I could easily see PSU winning.

But yet you cared enough to click on the thread not once, but twice.

Again, sorry you're so triggered by a simple conversation about basketball.

I like how A&M is simultaneously seeded too high but also everybody thinks they lose to an even higher seed in the first round.
