You honestly think the players want less revenue? What?
If it means less games and longer careers?

Idk. Probably.

What have you seen from athletes who are ok being vocal about how they are treated? Talk about how many games they play. How many weeks they have to train.

You’re going to have to also cut down on how many teams make the playoffs then.

When a team has Lebron/AD, Harden/KD, Kawhi/PG etc. and more than half the league makes the playoffs, they are not ever going to have to give max effort all season.

Ehh

I don’t agree.

The NBA doesn’t have a big problem with careers getting cut short by injury. You’re fixing a problem that doesn’t exist

And no they still wouldn’t take less money even if it were a problem. The contracts are fully guaranteed for Christ sake

Human nature. Cut it down to 65 and they’ll just start saying they should go down to 60. You’re naturally going to become unsatisfied once it becomes the norm

You’re likely seeing more of it this season because they are basically cramming 2 seasons right behind each other because....they don’t want to lose out on the money to do it any other way

Not a chance.

Simultaneously offering athletes more health and more exposure is perfect.

It’s not an opinion, it’s human nature that’s well documented

They already have plenty of health and exposure. You aren’t offering anything besides a pay cut

This is an insane argument, are you high?

Bologna

Health, exposure, and fairness are HUGE things they want.

They have those things

Why would they give up money for things they already have?

Why are you acting so incredibly dumb tonight? I know you’re smarter than this

I doubt it.

As we lower the games for the regular season, the more the NBA stars will play.

They won’t sit.

Give them more days to rest. And make every game more important.

“Give them less money. That’s how you motivate them”

Wait.

Did you type, “why would they give up money for things they already have?”

My buddy won’t stop texting me about Rublev vs Medvedev.

I’m too tired to challenge you.

Sure, maybe if everyone was making Lebron money. Slashing 30 games is a lot of money to a lot of players in the league

I’m honestly waiting for you to question why they don’t play for free if they love the game so much.

They can play in exactly the same number of games for less money? I think you’re on to something here.
