All that wing talk is making me hungry. Tomorrow is deadlift day so I'm snugging some black ipa and choking down a heater or two to get the system ready

Helps open the airways and get the stupid mucous out of the alveoli and bronchial tubes.

One of my idiot partners is a member at Le Triomphe and hardly ever goes because he doesn't really know anyone or have a game. I have been asked to join Oakbourne a few times but I am in no rush to pay all that money for the little bit of golf I play. Plus, I know enough people there to play pretty much anytime I want. I am not the kind of guy that gets excited about the number of club stickers I have on my windshield.

I'm a member nowhere. I like playing different courses and I feel like if I joined somewhere I would only play there. Plus I don't have a whole lot of money. And I hate the people that own the course in Crowley and don't want to give them any of the little bit of money I have and it's more than double what it is for Spanish trail

I played oakborne once in a scramble for work a few years ago. I'd like to play it again I remember it being a great course

Yeah, Spanish is even or better than bayou bend. I have heard complaints about the good ole boy ways of bayou bend.

What area do you live?

I live in Crowley. Grew up here and my family was never a member at bayou bend. So I get that type of what are you doing here attitude when I go. I went to school with all of their kids and didn't like them either. Whenever I see them on the course I hit a ball at them sometimes. I don't hit them because I can't make a golf ball go where I want it to. But I aim at them and it makes me feel better

Oh and Faldo is a big dude.

He's F'in huge. Els actually looks bigger in person than on TV too

We walked a few feet from Faldo at the Zurich. Drunk FIL yelled out "Alright Nick!"

Faldo keeps walking past us about 10 feet, turns around, and let's out something that sounds like aghuhghnm with a wave. We laughed hysterically

We were pretty drunk. He may have formed a coherent retort to FIL's pushy salutations

I stood 3 feet from big easy when he went right off the first tee into the bark shite on #1 at TPC. Pulled a 7iron, no practice cut, and peeled a shot left to right around some trees to within a few feet of the green. Got up and down for par.

That was the first time I saw just how delicate tour pro's swings are.
