Heading to weekly two man scramble. Both are playing good golf as of late so hopefully we out up a good number.
My buddy matched my 78 yesterday from the tips. He beat the asst. pro and two almost scratch golfers.

I'm doing a 9 hole "bubba" scramble at 5:30. Each player gets to hit each shot twice until you hole out. Should be fun.

My brain might be fried from all the sun but I'm a bit confused.
Two man teams. Two shots a person on each shot. So do you each play your own ball throughout? Or is it essentially a four man scramble with two people?

I'm thinking about giving them my credit card and getting a 50, 56, and 60 degree with a nice little oversize Lamkin grip, with my initials on the back with a nice little Perry Winkle blue fill, and a nice little heel grind.
Unfortunately hitting into a net doesn't let me know how they're gonna perform on the course.

Welp here comes a csb...
Just finished my second round of the week at Panama City beach on vacation. Played hombre on Monday and bay point Nicklaus course this morning. Shot an 88 both times.
I'm hitting off the tee well and chipping and putting is locked in, just can't quite dial in the approach shots. Poor iron striking right now. Both of those could have easily been low 80s.
Oh well, generally pleased with my game right now, and enjoyed the courses.
Now sipping a few cold ones on the beach

Thanks. That'd be nice. Especially on putts. Can always make the second putt.
