Hmmmmm, well, there's the pool. Babies need to learn to swim at a very early age. Tell her its great for muscle development. It's kinda like a separate world within LP. Pretty damn sure there aren't any meth labs WITHIN the confines (although I'd bet there is at least one within 100' of the property).
This is the time to join though. Once the clubhouse is finished, you can expect the prices to jump.

Not sure if they've recovered from seeing their innards dumped all about the deck in front of their eyes.
I know Art checked into Pasages, Malibu. Bandit is hiding in the woods with some mre's and no cell phone.
Tibby, well, lets just say he's tucked under the covers with the lights out, crying, thinking about how he's gonna hijack a pharmacy so he can get his hands on some roids.
