I would hate to compare whatever dump the dirty is to LaTour and piss whoever you're playing with off IRL

I was a member at ellendale. Not a bad place but not worth the money. They are keeping the same green layout. Just gutting and building a new base and putting the same grass as another course nearby that shall remain unnamed

My FIL always loved the course at Ellendale, but he hated what he called the "old guard" there. As a former pro i think he hates country club politics

I've got some friends who are willing to help me get a membership over there. Their family were some of the original members, and have been around forever. I am going next week to meet with the gentleman.
I was just gonna ride around, listen to the spiel, and then look at the numbers.
The place which will not be mentioned may turn out to be more my scene. Not sure I wanna get into a stuffy, Bushwood type deal. But if we're here for the duration, it might be good for business.
