Maybe I'm different, but that isn't true for me. Now I'm not making any huge strides when I make a change, but I get comfortable doing something different very quickly. My last 2 changes were to a stronger grip and to flatten my wrist at the top. Both felt natural within a day or two. Not saying I immediately started hitting the ball better or that I didn't revert back here and there, but after a day or so on the range/course it felt comfortable.

Well I use the term loosely, but I mean I don't feel like I will throw the club down the fairway or miss the ball.

I have been on the OT and was surprised to see this thread nearing 2nd page territory when I returned. Then I remembered most of you a-holes are probably playing right now

Nah, but I'm gonna be looking for that damn game at 2.

I'm gonna miss the whole thing. In Thib, Bubba's sports bar is probably your best shot. Twin Peaks has enough TV's and technology in Houma where they should be able to get it.
ETA: If Bubba's still has TV's that is. I haven't been there in years.

This has been my week of golf so far:
Sunday - Short game practice
Monday - Range
Tuesday, Wed, Thurs, - 18 holes each day
Today - Range practice
The only people who play more than me are on tour. Too bad I suck. The plus is, Mrs. Bunky is okay with this!

I hit ping eye 2's and was wondering how big a difference the lofts are compared to today's irons. My 7 is probably an 8 or 9 in today's irons right?

They are probably a little more lofted than today's 7i, wouldn't go as far down as a 9i. Take them to probably any golf shop and they can tell you the loft.

Guess I'll jump back in here, playing Money Hill tomorrow morning. I've never played but hopefully it lives up to the hype.
