they are just like running shoes. i ran CC in high school and are very similar. why i got them.
very light weight, and actually have very good traction despite their light weight.

I'm at a crossroads with my game right now. I feel like no matter what I do I can't get better. I'm pretty frustrated with it.
Anyone ever feel this way? I love the game but the extreme inconsistency makes me want to throw in the towel some times.

How appropriate are the sizes? Do they run big, small or just right.

They ran just right for me. I'm a size 11.

Shot a 79 on Friday. 40-100 yards is where I am missing out on scoring better. My birdie opportunities are longer than they should be.
Going to Orange beach this Friday - Thursday. Looking to play Penensula on Monday.

Anyone ever hear that Ping drivers have more loft than what is stamped on the club? Just heard this and it seems like that would be tough to get away with.

Hard part is done for the day. Just presented my research proposal. Now free lunch and free golf.

I believe I have heard callaway's standards are +/- 2 degrees always on the higher side. This is a huge problem that no one wants to address. Say you get fit for a driver during a fitting and you find a head that produces the correct numbers for your swing. Then you place an order for the same setup and get to a course and your shots are not like your fitting. This could be cause by the driver heads having different lofts. A great fitter will have the spes written on the bottom of the clubs in sharpie. atleast from what i have seen.
