Yeah, the player I had to give a ruling to was on the green about 15 feet from the hole putting for birdie... Player had just put the ball in play (after marking it and cleaning) and walked around to the other side if the hole to read the putt. Gust of wind came and the ball started moving .... Then the slope of the green took effect and the ball traveled about 45 yards off the side of the green and into a hazard... After all was said and done the kid made a triple bogey..Tough luck there.
