Morning folks. Lesson went pretty good yesterday. Rob seems like a really nice guy and tried really hard to help me. Didn't try and start me all over from the beginning and change every thing up. Made a minor adjustment to my left hand on the grip and an inch back from the ball at address.
Now for the bad. He tried to shock my body with new swing plane. My Swing plane was all messed up. Was coming outside/in and over the top. Also have a bad habit of finishing the swing coming around the left side of my body that causes a pull hook if I hit it square because I'm trying so hard not to shank. He had me hitting half shots and wants me continue to do so for two weeks to reprogram my swing before I even try to hit one full power.

Mike...I can not stress this enough to anyone who has gotten lessons, just because you think something isn't working doesn't mean revert back to what you were doing. I have seen more damage happen because something in the swing is "half" changed. Trust it will work!

Thanks, and i agree. Im going all in on his method and trusting him. He said he's not trying to give me a quick fix and patch me up so I can go out and play a round tomorrow and get by. He said its long term so that in two years I'm not coming back to him with the same problem and hitting better then I ever have before.

Mini driver gets a B+. Only thing keeping it from an A is that it's not an everyday club. I hit it about as far as my rbz 3, not as far as driver but it's easy to control. Really easy to hit off the deck. There is NO adjustment which i love but might not be for everyone. Great club for a tight, shorter course(BCC).
