You don't think they care if they get to ref more finals games? They get paid for reffing games, and they make more for reffing more finals games, absolutely.
As far as your other comments.....you didn't see a tightening of calls against GS.....kinda short fuses on those technical fouls huh?
Let's put it this way.....there are a thousands more reasons to help keeps the series going, than there are for the sweep to happen. (For the refs)
There is no argument on the league side. It's 10s or 100s of millions more in revenue for them

There was an article the other day that said game 5 would be worth an additional ~$12 mil to the Warriors. . It also said the NBA gets a cut of ticket revenue in the playoffs

It sure looked like it..... I figured the Warriors would come in and put the dagger in, but the Cavs took advantage of the situation.... kudos to them.... it will be over the next game.....

They are rigging NBA Finals games for less than 10mil? Very doubtful.
