People need to realize that Rondo isn't anywhere near a top 10 point guard in this league, and he never will be again.

Clearly. Mike Conley is literally better than Rondo at every part of the game right now. Every single part. The Grizzlies do need shooters, and Rondo is definitely not one of those.

Ah, then I won't hate on you.
Rondo isn't that great anymore, and his playing style takes a lot of adjusting for the teammates around him.
If you could stick 2010-2012 Rondo on this Grizzlies team and give him a year to play with them, they'd be very good, yes. But Conley isn't a slouch either.
I think Memphis' biggest problem is a lack of wing scoring.
