They leave them up for anybody wanting to put money on them. 
If any of the links on the website that combines all of the lines don't match the lines on each individual site for GSW/SAS well I'll be here waiting. Even the sportsbook referenced in his article has GSW as the favorite as of right now.
It really boggles my mind some of the people who post here so confident in their opinions when they don't even have a grasp of the most simple concepts (ie if a Chris Paul level player gets hurt, well safe to say the lines are gonna be moving).
