No he didn’t. The mother blackmailed him AFTER she found out about it. It certainly wasn’t against her will. That’s why the mother went to jail. The mother threatened to go to the cops if Franco didn’t pay her AFTER they were a couple. So Franco started paying the mother.
The only scumbag in this story is the mother hence why she’s the only one that got jail time.
And yes, 14 year olds have sex a lot in Latin American countries. . Most have 2 kids by the time they are 20. I’m not outraged. I mean it’s basic civilization for 5,000 years
