Seems though that Tony's actions have finally caught up to him.

And for the record Stewart didn't wreck him. Stewart had him on the slide job coming out of 2. Ward should have lifted but didn't. He shouldn't even have been pissed off at TS.
Stewart will settle out of civil court for an undisclosed amount.

He obviously put it online to generate buzz and then took it down once he started getting a million offers to buy the full video. He will get some $ and the entire thing will get released but if he had played his cards right he would have gotten 100k EASILY! Hell, TMZ paid $2700 for the stupid JA video and this is WWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY bigger.

shite, if anyone pays for this video now that it's out online they're stupid.

Human empathy, emotional/physical trauma/shock, "the court of public opinion", and lack of a full night of sleep for mental and physical acuity,etc..all suggest TS sitting out today's Watkin's Glen as a good thing.

This is about right, IMO. But I feel so fricking bad for that kid and his family.

If they want to use it in an official capacity, I think they'll have to pay for it.

Investigation isn't even criminal.

This will be left up to local law enforcement, which I'm sure will cover all bases now that they are under a microscope.

If Tony actually races today after murdering a kid, NASCAR should be ashamed of themselves and will be ridiculed for allowing him.
I'll be shocked if he races tomorrow. TS's racing career could be coming to an abrupt end. I can't see his sponsors sticking with him after something like this (regardless of who was at fault most)
