I don't think so

I doubt that there is a track video.
There may be more video from other drivers cars if they had a gopro camera or perhaps from the crowd.
If there is more video from the crowd, I am surprised that it hasn't made its way to social media yet.

I doubt any of this matters because none of it will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that TS saw him. As long as he sticks with I didn't see him or saw him too late they won't punish him criminally.

Im not arguing either side. The people calling him a murderer because hes an a-hole are way out of line.
My first assumption pre-video just from what I heard I thought he purposely hit a guy.Just from what Id read and what id always heard of Stewart . After watching the video and hearing both sides so far I unlike some others are able to "think" and change my view to not enough evidence either way.
Its really frightening to think some of you could be on a jury .
***The proffesional driver that said Stewart "had" to see him was a friend of Wards. Also said that Ward was thrown 50 yards .
***The point where Stewart makes contact with Ward was further back in the curve than the other drivers . Im no huge race fan but it seems logical that when going around those curves your wheel is turned out to control the rear .To me it looks like TS tires are pointing right but his car is aimed down the track .Either to turn and miss Ward or whip him with his rear tire .Hmm
***These cars arent controlled like your Toyotas at home .So you have to be able to change your train of thought about how things work. Some arent able to do this .
*** It sounds like some of the people there said that 45 is the car that revved its engine .Even if it was TS it seems that may be the best way to steer one of these cars in a turn .I dont know just what Ive observed . Race guys is this true ?
Here are some excerpts from a article by a writer that has actually driven a sprint car:
"It appears Stewart saw him at the last second, and swerved, but still hit Ward hard enough to toss him like a rag doll at least 20 feet down the track.
Stewart stopped about a hundred feet down the track. Emergency workers were there in second. Indeed, Stewart may have hit the gas, but you steer sprint cars with the throttle more than with the steering wheel. The idea that he accelerated trying to hit Ward is beyond the pale.
I have driven winged sprint cars, and as you can imagine, visibility to the side is horrible. Ward was wearing a mostly black fire suit and a black helmet. The idea that any driver would purposely hit another over what was a comparatively minor, that’s-racing incident is hard to swallow. That Tony Stewart would do it on purpose? That is unthinkable.
As I write this, it is difficult – impossible, really – to imagine the storm that is about to rain down on sprint car racing in general, Tony Stewart in particular. Having covered him since his original short-track days, I wish I could tell you about the charitable deeds you don’t know about.

This was released a few hours ago by the sheriff
Povero said Stewart, 43, "cooperated fully" and there were no charges pending at this time. He said the matter was not being investigated as a criminal matter and is "an ongoing investigation of an on-track incident."

“There are no criminal charges pending at this time,” Ontario County Sheriff Philip Povero said at a news conference.
The sheriff investigating the death of a race car driver in New York state said on Monday that while no criminal charges are pending against NASCAR star Tony Stewart “all options” are open and that authorities are seeking any additional video of the incident....

Povero all but said they need good new video evidence of the incident to pop up if anything further is come out of this.

Povero doesnt have Youtube ? must have one of those firewall things at work .Someone link him to an ip blocker .
He says it is NOT being investigated as a crime ....seems to infer that he is foreshadowing that no charges will be brought. Thats just me over analyzing shite though .
