Oh is this the part where we post quotes of other drivers to prove our point?

its already been established in this thread that eyewitnesses aren't worth a damn...or are they only good if they support your argument...we need a ruling on this

Yeah I don't see any ill intent. The guy shouldn't have played chicken with a car on a dirt track...

From a professional driver in the stands, who I would think has as good of view or better view then someone in the infield no?

Did you not read my post from the guy who works on the 45?

what evidence do you have?
A functioning brain.

again based on what evidence
See above.

you need to read your post prior to this about the video being perfectly clear and then oh wait no it isn't...so it clearly shows what you are claiming but not what others are? that is truly retarded logic man
That's usually how it works. If I showed you a video of someone chopping down a tree and then you claimed no one chopped a tree down, I'd use the same line on you.

This right here is an example of someone apparently lacking functional brain.

quote:What? All we have right now is a video of someone running over a guy. Some say he did everything he could to avoid him and has no negligence. Some say he was trying to intimidate and accidentally hit him. I dont see how either side can claim the other is wrong or dumb at this point

Where do you think his crew member got his info?
Posted on 8/11/14 at 10:45 am to lsupride87
But the 45 did see him and avoided him.
Most importantly he didn't break his back end loose when he passed him.
Two questions for y'all:
1. Did Tony's car "fish tail" as it passed Ward?
2. Do you believe Tony is capable of preventing his car from doing that?
From what I saw in the video and the word of eyewitnesses that I've seen quoted, the answer to 1 is yes.
The answer to 2 is self-evidently yes.

quote:You dont think the crew member could be speaking for the driver without actually knowing or talking to him? You and others were quick to say the Graves guy is full of shite. Im not saying yall are wrong. I just think it is ridiculous how you call the people arguing against your point dumbasses when they have the same amount of "evidence" and "facts" as your argument
