I guess. I dont know why. It really seems like MOST people are in agreement on the material aspects:

They bump each other:some say she was at fault for this, some say him. However, this is immaterial as bumping in a bar is far from criminal

She then goes bitch first by putting up her hands: Some people are somehow denying this but not most

He then grabs her: Most people think this is actually not a bad response. However, most also agree that he should have deescalated in some form or fashion by fake apologizing an offering to buy a drink

She then punches him: Most believe she is in the wrong, however a few people think she had a right to punch him

He then hits her hard: Most believe this was a complete asshat move, however a few think it was ok



It really is most of us arguing about small details

I'd probably get annoyed and either try to squeeze in or find another spot at the bar to order, then make a comment to my buddies about that a-hole at the bar.

Probably goes without saying that I don't take any shite.

I'm not gonna say the hit wasn't hard though. He definitely didn't see it coming and I doubt she can take a punch, so it probably did some damage.

But, fools in this thread would probably call for his head even if all he did was hit a drink out of her hand for retaliation.

You don't hit a woman. I don't know what was said don't care. He's got to know that he's a Seminole. They're told in every first meeting of semester and sessions what to look for.

For the clowns saying girl deserved it, no she didn't. My son hits a female I hope to hell he gets an assehipping before I deliver it.

I'm going to kind of agree as we don't know what was said. Her actions alone yes she looked to push the envelope. But who knows what was said before the clip and during. The audio would be nice to know. Not speculation of what was said.

Still doesn't though allow him to hit a girl. As he was in no danger.

Personally, a stranger male or female fricks with and disrespects me, they are gonna get it back, just a lot more of it.

And FTR, yeah, I've been in bar fights. Last two involved some drunk LSU fans after the 2008 AU game in Orange Beach. Two of them. They took exception to me being loud during the game in a different bar when they saw me later in the night. Dumbasses didn't even pay any attention to their surroundings. Saw me with a girl, thought they would come up and start a fight, had no idea I was a local with buddies all around. I didn't say a fricking thing, they came at me. I got to beat on one for a moment, but they were both on their back being drug out the front door by their hair before I could do much of anything.

Last time was a guy that poked me in the chest trying to impress a girl.

And FTR, I have been punched in the face by a girl in a bar once. Busted my lip wide open too. Bitch had a mean punch. I didn't respond because I knew her and I deserved it.

But a random chic punches me in the face after she instigates and I only respond by trying to stop her from escalating and attacking? I would like to think I would punch her face right back. I'm not sure I would, but I am pretty sure I would be pissed at myself if I just took it if I didn't deserve it.
