Yes. The B10 agreement includes performance clauses.
That prevents teams from hiring terrible coaches and not trying to win. Nobody informed Rutgers of that, though!
They went cheap to save money. They’ll now need to spend MORE money to hire someone to dig them out of this mess.

remember that time LSU almost lost to Kentucky on Jefferson Pilot Sports but then scored on a last second play to not give JP the upset they so desperately wanted
