If the judge sentences him to 5 years probation, the answer to your question is yes

That's probation, right?

I mean...prison is pretty harsh for a piece of tail.

In the state of Tennessee, aggravated rape carries a 15-60 year sentence.

This guy was sick, setting up his supposed girlfriend who trusted him to be raped by multiple people.

Yep. It might have a negative impact on his life. He doesn't deserve to have that happen over 20 minutes of action.

With the eyes on this case, this defendant might get his sentence plus the one the Stanford guy should have gotten but didn't.

Anyone who can do what he did (rape, followed by gang rape) is not fit for society.

No joke, both Vandy and Baylor screwed up because they tried to go bigtime without learning first how to deal with the sorts you need to get there.

They were like sheep saying "Let's get us some wolves so we can compete with the other wolves."

I also read somewhere he'd likely have to serve 85% of his sentence and the Prosecutors are looking into whether they can be served consecutively vs. concurrently.

Woah? Really? I really haven't kept up with the story that much.

Wouldn't surprise me if true. Something about Franklin just oozes slimy-ness imo.

that's because the media is absolutely quiet and covers up franklin and williams' involvements. in baylor, they blame the university because it's christian and allegedly conservative led by white male leadership. here, they blame the cultures "white privilege" and "southern" because vandy is liberal and has a black coach and athletics director.
