Awesome. As a LIFELONG Breakers fan, I wholeheartedly support.

Some of y'alls vitriolic hatred of spring football leagues is odd to me. If you don't care about it, you could just ignore it. But instead, some of you are just infuriated that it even exists.

They should play the games on Tuesday nights during football season. It worked for the MAC/CUSA games and got people to watch who normally wouldn’t. They could build up a following and go from there.

bring back NFL Europe

Fun fact... there are remnants of NFL Europe still alive in the European League of (American) Football

Rhein Fire, Frankfurt Galaxy, Hamburg Sea Devils, Barcelona Dragons, & Berlin Thunder were all NFLE teams playing in the EFL today

In fact... former 49ers head coach Jim Tomsula just led the Rhein Fire to an undefeated season where they won their games by like 4 TDs per game

Sounds like a perfect time for relegation.

Chicago to the EFL, Rhein to the NFL.

Make it happen, Goodell.

I remember watching most of these teams when I was a kid.

I used to watch them back when I had four channels and the other three didn't have football on them. Now, it's harder to get me to watch the XFL/USFL, especially if hardly any of the teams play in the cities they represent.

I remember seeing Jake Delhomme wearing the Saints fleur-de-lis on his chest while playing for the Rhein Fire when it was basically the NFL's developmental league

And the USFL was profitable last year,

I didn’t know this, first time i ever remember one of these spring leagues turning a profit and in it’s second year. That’s actually pretty impressive, being a stallions fan i obviously enjoyed the two years of the USFL. The merger had to happen if spring football was going to make it.
