more than that, jakes on you if you believe otherwise. heck, ND took two 5 stars from USC by themselves.
We could only take 17 for this class. We got 13. Not sure, other than Vanderdoes who the other 5* is, but I look forward to kicking your butts in South Bend this season.

I'm sure he's referring to Max Redfield but that wasn't a huge loss because we just replaced him with McQuay. Jalen Ramsey, and vanderdoes were the 2 big losses IMO.

That's a disaster for a team with depth issues.

The good news is, you might be a step closer to getting rid of Kiffen.

What can you take next year? I know you're limited to 15 new enrollees in the fall but how many EE can you backcount? I'd guess two since you signed 13 and with a hard cap of 15 new it appears that 2 scholarship players cannot be made up for because of the limits which I believe are in place for one more year after this next season.

ND should have its best team in years next season (the 12-0 was fluky in 2012); i dont see it happening

albeit true, it was still a decommit, which was my point; Kiffin lost more than just 4 kids.

If you like, but we never banked on that kid. Vanderdoes was the real prize of this recruiting class, and y'all got him. Props for that. A guy like that might help you avoid another "no show" in your most important game of the season.

Thanks. I wasn't sure how back counting works for you with the limitations.

Just dump that idiot Kiffin already and USC will be back to elite status in a year or two.

The only big loss yesterday for the Trojans was Jalen Ramsey. The way he and his family played that situation is about as scummy as you can get.

I think Prevot and Hatcher are not big hits imo.

Redfield is not a loss. Massington was dropped.

The way Kiffin handled Kylie Fitts was abominable.

I didn't like it either, but it's not like he didn't have a place, he just had to wait to enroll. He didn't want to wait, and instead he bRuined his life.

It's a mistype that I still haven't been able to fix.

And USC seems to be doing the sucking out West.

Is Coach O reportedly looking for another job? Pro or college? Is the freshman QB who looked so bad in the Sun Bowl the projected starter next yr? How did he look in that game when he first replaced the injured MB? Of the 3 conference opponents, Stanford, Oreg. UCLA, which is the perceived threat to win the conference next yr?

We certainly did. BUT that was last season. We're undefeated so far in this one!

Re Coach O: Rumors are (so far) unsubstantiated. QB Max Wittek will have to battle incoming phenom Max Browne, and one other to win the position. I think Browne will beat him out. The toughest conference opponent for next season will be Stanford. They are beasts on the OL, and they're only going to get bigger and better. Shaw's done a great job with them. Then UO, then ucla. The talent around the PAC is more evenly distributed since our sanctions hit, and I hate to say it, but ucla's got a good coach in Mora if they can keep him. UO's got talent to burn, but their coach is a big QuestionMark.
Hope that helps.

Yea that's awful, only having 13 recruits in a class is going to seriously hurt any major college program, much less one with the serious depth issues USC has. Even if they're all 5 stars that is just completely awful.

How does a program like USC not get the total number of scholarships they have available? They should be turning kids away like Bama, Ohio St, LSU, UF, ect... do
