You really need to read your own links before you post them:
LINK
There are twenty-four threads in MSB. Only two of them are USC-related. Which is consistent with how many times USC is mentioned on every sports site in the country.
The facts, as I pointed out just above, don't support your contention.

Again, it's not like the Tiger fans are going to USC sites and making these threads. USC fans have to go out of their way to see them. And if they do feel outraged and say so, they really have no right to expect any sympathy. The vast majority of those threads are in the Tiger Rant, where Tiger fans feel rightfully entitled to say whatever they want to. Threads like this one on MSB are fairly rare.

so USC takes up that percentage of of sports stories? Wow, just wow

I was feeling generous, too. I didn't bother to mention that there wasn't a single USC-related thread in either the Tiger or SEC Rants.

You continue to contradict yourself. You stated the USC posts are mostly on The Rant, as am I.
And John Nash, using your own reasoning, USC takes up 67% of college football news with FSU, Miami, and The Domers, splitting the remaining 33%

Dude, get over it. If people want to hate USC, then let them.
And please still doing Kaboom for your own posts. It looks pitiful.

If no one's talking about USC, than the only one who's contradicted is...you.

There's no hatred of USC here and never has been. Folks are merely commenting on sports news.

If they are mentioning USC at all...and this is the only USC related thread on page one on the whole site...it's because USC is in the news. And not in a good way.
And the only reason this thread is on page one is because of the back and forth between you and I.
I have proven conclusively that if USC is mentioned here, it's because someone here is commenting on an article they read elsewhere first.

Well, that "proof" held up for almost ten hours.

Hey, I like this site, it's a lot of fun. And originally I came over to TD.com to congratulate LSU and her fans on winning the 2007 bcsncg. But I kept returning to TD.com because i quickly found out that next to wearesc.com, this site has more SC info, gossip, and discussion that anywhere else on the internets. More than any other message board, more than any other sports news site. Keep up the good work!

I think they like us, really. I'm sure the "F" in all the FUSC stuff you see really stands for "Fun".
Mais, I'm passin' a good time on TD, anyhow.

I hope your not saying I can't go find USC stories on ESPN, SI.com, MSN sports, etc. And some of them involve Kiffen as well:
quote:
Titans coach derides Kiffin’s idea behind lawsuit
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP)—Coach Jeff Fisher has one word to describe the theory that the Titans sued Southern California because the NFL team is in the same state as Lane Kiffin’s last employer.
Absurd.
The Titans accuse USC and Kiffin of breaching the contract of running backs coach Kennedy Pola a week before training camp. The lawsuit was filed Monday.
Kiffin said Thursday he thought the Titans’ location prompted the lawsuit. Kiffin left his job as the University of Tennessee in January.
Fisher is baffled at the idea that the Titans sued to pacify Volunteers fans. He says: “How one could think they would combine the two is absurd to me.”
quote:
Kiffin spent years gearing up to coach, but he's still not equipped
On Tuesday, I sat down with the Most Hated Man In Sports, and our conversation was ... pleasant.
In fact, in every chat I've ever had with Lane Kiffin, dating to his days as a young USC assistant, the Most Hated Man in Sports -- as recently dubbed by Atlanta Journal Constitution columnist Mark Bradley -- has been nothing but cordial, professional and a generally insightful source on topics like recruiting and quarterback development. By no means is he a media darling -- you have to lean in closely just to hear him -- but nor is he condescending or hotheaded like so many others in his profession.
And yet, in less than two years, the man has, quite justifiably, developed into a near-universally despised figure -- and I can't for the life of me figure out whether it's intentional or accidental, whether he's genuinely affected or apathetic about the venom directed toward him. Is he a chronic manipulator who will step on however many toes it takes to succeed, or is he a football-centric savant that never developed basic social cues for appropriateness?

That took less than two minutes. Again, if people here are talking about USC or Kiffen, it's because both are in the news a lot these days. And usually not the best of reasons.
