Who cares?

I don't see how this is praise worthy and admirable.

100 Nuggets a day-- QJenk's cholesterol goes through roof, he has heart attack, and he dies.

QJenk realizes in last moments he would have never been a record-breaking gold medalist anyway. And that he liked honey mustard more than sweet and sour...

You would be surprised.

Hey, he's the one setting world records, not me, but it just seems like there'd be way "cleaner" ways to get the caloric intake needed.

Google tells me that 100 mcnuggets come in at 4700 calories with 56% being fat and only 25% being carbs. Seems like you'd want those percentages flipped.

There may be a cleaner way to do it but I doubt there is a faster way to pile on calories than pounding away McDonalds

Not really. Look at Phelps diet and it is pancakes, mayo soaked sandwiches, chicken pizza and pasta

It's just surprising to see elite athletes eat shite like the rest of us do or worse. to McNuggets.

I like stories like this

It shows that the food isnt the culprit, its the fat fricks shoving it down their pallets and not moving afterwards

(Looking at you Spurlock)
