Here's the thing about adding teams by a committee or rankings (and it's always been this way with polls):

Truly, how many hours of football do you think these guys watch?

Half of these guys are ADs, so on Saturdays they are watching their own teams, and doing other things for their university on gameday. I would argue that for a good number of the committee, yesterday was the first time they had seen some of these teams play.

USA TODAY: "CFB playoff committee got it wrong"

Much like Alabama, Ohio State is a name-brand, blue blood program. Due to this elite status, they are held to a higher standard than others. It's okay for these elite programs to lose one here and there.

However, the manner in which they lose is telling and important. Losing by 31 points to an unassuming, mediocre Iowa team is simply unacceptable. We all know that Iowa is a "nice team", but intrinsically we all know the level of talent and skill they have. Typically, they are a 7-5 filled with middling talent.

An 11 win, Big Ten Champion Ohio State should never be beaten that bad - especially to the University of Iowa. Again, I don't think that it's necessarily terrible that they lost to Iowa; however, Ohio State should never lose to Iowa by 31 points.

Ohio State got outbid. So it's their fault. Only Bama would break the bank - with a football team masquerading as a University. I don't think anyone cares as much as them. Who knows? You can't trust anything when it's behind closed doors.

Nice speech.

Have you seen Alabama's schedule?

I think most CFB fans are on the side I advocated.

So no melt, it's called majority opinion. Look it up...search the Internet. Nobody is happy with this decision but one fanbase and ESPN...whom everyone already hates because of their agendas.

Being in the majority is not a melt. It's called being in the majority.

Melt is minority.

Who cares what our schedule was. We paid off the committee to get us back in the playoffs.

The majority of the internet is convinced Alabama paid off the committee into selecting them over OSU. That’s just a fact son.

Keep crying you fricking bitches.
I'm on record saying that we didn't deserve it after the Auburn game. But to see the LSU pussies and that mizzoubuckeye cry baby melt changed my mind. I bet most of y'all still believe Saban said that shite from the meme.

I would think that the More Sports Board wouldn't be filled with LSU melts all day. Keep that shite on Tiger Rant. If OSU or USC fans were cluttering the board with complaints, I would understand
