PROBABLY.

But that doesn't make me like the way this team is constructed.

I know having Aldridge, Howard, Rose, etc would have made a huge difference.

Howard and Aldridge would help. Westbrook is essentially the same player as Rose so I don't know how much he'd change things.

I think Kobe will play better when it matters.

I agree with you, but the '92 team would have some trouble with this Spanish team too. They are very talented, especially inside. The '92 team wouldn't be winning by 40 against this type competition like they did 20 years ago.

Yep.

it looks like Spain can hang with the USA.

Marc Gasol is a mean-arse load.

I see LeBron shoving Ibaka around with elbows up at the eyes.
He tries that shite on Marc Gasol, he is going to learn a big lesson.
Is Lebron just a bully of smaller guys? I dont remember seeing him use his elbows like that vs a real center.

Maybe. Because he's playing fricking terrible right now. Just chucking it up and laying bricks, no passing, mediocre D.

Whats the harm in playing AD in a game that doesn't matter? Let him get his feet wet in games that don't matter, and if he continues to play well, you have a weapon for later.

It is kinda crazy that USA is only down 2, considering the poor foul calls on our bigs, the crappy deep shot selection, and how great Spain have played, especially their passing.

What the frick is Westbrook doing taking it up under the basket against two big men? As physically gifted as he is, he plays with his head up his arse 75% of the time.

The Dream Team and Patrick Ewing and David Robinson inside. They could easily handle Spain's bigs

I'd even like a little Cousins right now the way we're bitching out inside.
