Looking forward to overdosing on action this weekend after missing most of it yesterday

Too late now lol.

Foe strikes first to go up 4-3 in the 1st.

Is foe being televised? Or only streaming?

Tiafoe-Zverev is a ‘Peacock Exclusive’ — so streaming only.

Is he an okay clay player? He seems like exclusively hard to me for some reason. I could see him reaching the final of US or Aus but not French or Wimby

Huge shoutout to Pride87 for fixing my son and I up with player passes to RG today.

What a great experience! Match right before Venus/Murray. Featured the all French team with Diane Parry and Alize Cornet vs Ostapennko/Kichenok. The court was filled and loud and raucous, with a great atmosphere for a sporting event. The grounds are exceptional in a great setting and all the amenities are top grade.

I think the only way to beat Zverev is to let him choke it away. He's just too good when nothing is on the line. But as soon as he sees the finish line it's weak knee time.

Come on Foe. Can't believe he gave that break back.

Funny thing about these serial double-faulters with the yips or whatever is that they might as well just hit two first serves. Cressy only double faults about 10 times per match doing that. And you get the benefit of a more-effective 2nd serve when it goes in.

I think Alex is at about 10. I remember Medvedev was losing to Djokovic somewhere, I believe Cincinnati, and came back by just blasting two serves because he was tired.

I thought Foe missed a pretty easy volley there up 4-3.

Need one of those for Romney

Damn I didn't want this clown in Rune's path but I think he can handle him by going forward more than most guys.

Some asian women's doubles team got defaulted -- player did nothing wrong and backhanded a ball across the net into the corner for the ball kids. Ball girl gets hit, goes into a hyperventilation meltdown, other team calls for the default, umpire defaults them.

This comedian guy, Michael Kosta, they keep bringing on is pretty good. He made the point that Djokovic should have flown to Mexico and driven across the border when he was banned for no vax. The panel looked very uncomfortable when he said that.

Joker is so fricking good. He plays to the crowd so well. They jeer and boo him and then he puts it into a different gear….

Alcaraz 3, 2, and 2 over a guy that had demolished Norrie and hardly anyone blinks an eye.

Yeah, Musetti is a tough customer. I thought he would keep it close.

I sprinkled a $50 piece on Shitsypants at 16-1 last night. That should give me two guys in the quarters, one in each half, although Cerundolo could beat Rune. Fanduel has "big guns v the field" Alcaraz and Djokovic -280, the field +220.
